Waypoints not showing in list or map - Alpha 100

We have an older model GPS Alpha 100 and none of our waypoints are showing in the list.  We have plugged it into basecamp app and they are showing there but can't get them to show in the GPS.  Any ideas

    Please try  exporting your waypoints as a list from BaseCamp and sending them directly to your Alpha 100.

    • Open BaseCamp and confirm the waypoints you want to transfer are visible. 
    • Verify the map version in BaseCamp is the same as the one on your Alpha 100 to prevent any data conflicts. 
    • Export the waypoints directly to your Alpha 100 from BaseCamp. 

    If that doesn't resolve the problem, please try: 

    • Sending the waypoints to the Alpha 100 as a list (not a route) to ensure they are saved as individual waypoints. 
    • Connect your Alpha 100 to your computer and ensure you have a USB data transfer cable.
