Tracks not appearing on Garmin Explore website

I am using Garmin GPSMAP 65 which syncs to mobile Garmin Explore app on Android smartphone. Tracks and waypoints are visible on the app.

On Garmin Explore website however, only waypoints are synced and visible. I cannot see recent tracks.

I confirm all visibility toggles are ON, all map filters are OFF, and ZERO tracks in the library [ Tracks (0) ].

I have tried clicking the location icon to centre the map (as advised by answers to various posts here) but there is no response. Location is turned ON but the website does not make a request to use location.

I have tried with both Chrome and Edge.
