Tracks and Activity not showing up in collection

Hello,

i just started with my new GPSMAP 67i. I created some collections in the Android Garmin Explore App. The GPS is synchronizing with the smartphone as it should. I have set the settings so that new activities are automatically saved to the collection "Data GPSMAP 67i". This works without any problems on the mobile device. The collections are also displayed in Garmin Explore Web. However, the tracks and activities are not shown within the collection there, but instead appear in the general library. What did I set up incorrectly?

  • I just bought an Instinct 2 second hand, and I'm having the exact same problem with the web page...Wish I could help!

  • I did a quick test, and when I set a specific collection as the primary collection in Explore, recorded activities are saved to this collection. Also in Explore app and on Explore web the activity is shown in that same collection.

    In the Collection Manager on the GPSMAP, what is listed as the Active collection? That is the collection where data on the device is saved to. Setting a Primary Collection With the Garmin Explore Website or App may give you some help on how to configure this.

  • So, after using the device for half a year I found the solution:

    The problem seems to be with the browser cash. After waiting for quite a while everything turns out to be as it should be. That can take one or two days. For speeding things up: Deleting browser cash helps
