New collection menu disappears off screen left

Adding a new collection (or just adding a waypoint to an existing collection) results in te left menu moving past the window edge and being inoperable.

Running Windows 11 on a laptop. This occurs in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

Same. It seems any action that causes the side menu to enlarge or change causes it to move off screen and add blank white space. Nothing I can do fixes it.
