Log in to Garmin Explore Web takes very long

Why does it take such a long time to log in to the website of Garmin Explore? After I enter my password it takes very long befor i see my items but most of the time I get a message that the Garmin host gives an error.... Can I avoid that in some way? What's going on?

If you are experiencing difficulties loading the Garmin Explore website, please try clearing your browsing history, using a private/incognito window, or using a different browser.

I am having extreme difficulty loading the Explore website. Extremely slow, it misses loading some items one time but not the next. Move an item to a different collection and it is back where I moved it…

It's an ongoing performance issue that has been plagueing Explore web for like half a year, if not more. Garmin can't seem to fix it (or won't?).

I suggest you report it to Garmin support, the more reports of people having this issue the better.

I have had the issue for a long time. It does seem to be a little better at low traffic times such as about 2-3am. Just today I was talking to a rep for a different issue, and he wanted to clear all browsing data and history which we did, and it made no difference on the long loading times. But I have to say that everything Garmin (my account, this forum, customer support) takes longer to load than most other websites. Garmin is sluggish in general for some reason.

I am having extreme difficulty loading the Explore website. Extremely slow, it misses loading some items one time but not the next. Move an item to a different collection and it is back where I moved it from the next time it loads. I have two Windows 11 computers and two Windows 10 computers running both Edge and Chrome, so 8 different setups and it does it on every one of them. Tried clearing history/cache on one Windows 11 Edge with no luck, tried the same with one Windows 10 Chrome and no luck. It doesn't appear to be on the computer end with the amount of testing I am able to do with 4 computers.
