Since the begining of InReach, t(that time Delorme) there is a simple feature for creating new users, or apply mass changes to a fleet of users etc.
One can export all users of an account as an .xlsx sheet an done can also import such sheet into the account.
I am doing major changes to our account every January 1st for years.
Now I found out, this is not anymore possible. When trying to import such xlsx, even one which was just exported and not changed at all, the import is not possible any more.
Can someone tell me why this is not possible any more, when was this changed, and what is the new method of importing users.
