what Windows PC app is still available that will sync quick texts and contacts with a GPS66i?

I'd have selected a Desktop subforum instead of Mobile and Web but I don't even get a forum, there, to ask questions, just a download for Basecamp and others.

Does Basecamp sync Quick Texts and Contacts? Does that replace inReach Sync that's missing now?

I can tell It used to be that you downloaded inReach Sync for windows but, now, all the instruction paths leading there are now broken and gone

Please, where can I download a Windows PC Desktop app that syncs these items since Express does not.

At this time I don't even understand what devices the video is for, that tells you to make these changes on the Explore.Garmin.com website.

When you do, it sends you to try Express or a mobile app because they've removed inReach Sync from that notification path, but Express doesn't sync those items, so it's currently just getting more and more confusing.

    We apologize for the confusion. There is no way to sync inReach account information to a GPSMAP 66i via any desktop platform. All syncs take place through the Garmin Messenger app or the Garmin Explore app on an Android or iOS device.

    I think you asked about the same in another thread? As stated there inReach Sync is not compatible with the GPSMAP 66i (only with inReach Explorer/+, SE/+ or inReach Mini).

    Also just curious why not simply sync your inReach data with the Explore or Messenger apps?
