garmin explorer web site map

I saved a number of Waypoints on my Garmin Explore app on my Android phone and I can see all the icons there. But when I look at Maps on my account on a PC, I only see a few icons, although all the Waypoints are shown on sidebar. Why can't I see ALL the icons on a PC??

  • On web service I even do not see the sidebar. What I learned yesterday from the support center is that there is an ongoing issue with the Explore Map service. I've also experienced issues with MapShare. They couldn’t provide an estimated resolution time, but I was assured they’re working on it. It’s frustrating because I start my trip today, and my family will be wondering why there’s no tracking or why there are glitches. I’ll need to message them separately to explain, which isn’t what I expected when I purchased the subscription two days ago..

  • The Garmin Explore website map page has many controls for filtering or toggling item visibility from the map itself. This can be helpful for showing or hiding specific items to declutter the map.   • It's been over two weeks that Explore Map and MapShare have not been working properly or intermittently. I contacted support and the response I received was: "We have done some checks, and it seems there is a problem with the mapshare service, not dependent on your device or account. I invite you to monitor the sharing of the location in the next days/activities, and let us know of any new malfunctions so that we can investigate further".
