What the heck is going on with the web interface??

over the past week. it has

1) taken on average to 5mins too load explore.garmin.com

2)then taken around the same time to load explore.garmin.com/Map

3) often fails too load my library/collections even after 30 mins

and finally

.quite often am getting the 504 cloudflare error page

All these errors happen on any machine I use at home or work so it is NOT a device or connection issue. and as it was sort of ok up until around 5 days ago it again suggests it is a garmin issues

So what is causing this and why??

For a multi-Billion company that pushes their online ecosystem it has been getting shockingly worse and worse...

Yes fully agree, I have been experiencing exactly the same issues last couple of days. Looks like infrastructure or networking issues to me.

The last couple of months the quality of the inReach ecosystem has taken a serious turn for the worse, just look at the number of incidents for subscription activation and billing and Explore and MapShare availability on https://status.garminservicesbilling.com/. Garmin clearly hasn't got their software development process under control.

Start page just came back up... But trying to get to map is taking forever and other tabs are shockingly slow too....

What the *** is the update explore app going to be like when it is released???

explore.garmin.com loads instantly on my side, so it does not seem to be a global problem

Seeing you get error messages from CloudFlare, I would try an alternative Internet connection. Cloudflare blocks the access to the servers it protects when it detects suspicious activity, when the IP address, the block, or the ISP are frequently abused by hackers, spammers, or when some computers located there are infected with viruses containing backdoor abused by bots and hackers. Cloudflare may also identify diverse anonymizers, VPNs, and proxies as suspicious, so if you use any of these, try disabling them, or add an exception for all subdomains of garmin.com.

normally I would agree but 5 machines 4 internet connects and 2 tablets.. all the same issues.. And it has only been the past week this has been happening. I am 100% sure the issue is Garmin... and given their own status system shows they keep have explorer issue thats suggests the same too.
