Explore.garmin.com log in not working

I keep getting an "Error Error" notification when trying to log in. Then the it keeps retrying in a weird endless loop where there is a circular "thinking" icon then it goes blank. I've tried clearing my browsing history, private incognito browsers, Chrome and Safari, and even a different laptop. What's going on? 

  • LOL, I had an old expired card set up for inReach billing. It got denied. I didn't catch the email that came in, so they locked my account. So...if you don't pay your bill, they lock you out of the system where you pay your bill. That checks out.
