I wish you had provided more detail into what you've done. Not knowing what you've done, you need to ensure the 67i Bluetooth is turned on and shows connected to your phone, which also needs to have the Bluetooth on. The 67i needs to show connected within your phone's Bluetooth settings.
The Explore app has two synch controls, one to synch the phone to the web and one to synch the phone to the 67i (under "Devices"). Ensure you synched the phone to the device. Ensure you look under Route Planner on the device to see if the route is visible.
If you've done all that, you may have to start all over. "Forget" the device on your phone's Bluetooth settings, and forget your phone under the 67i's Bluetooth settings. Turn both Bluetooth's off. Shutdown both devices. Wait a few minutes, then turn on both devices, and their Bluetooths. Allow the phone and device to connect and synch the phone to the device via the Explore app. Check the Route Planner folder.
