What am I missing. Web Explore sync to mobile app on phone

I want to build a collection on Web Explore and have it snyc to the app on my phone. I can sure send it to my Instinct and InReach, but don't see how to sync to app

Addition to initial post. I want to add a bunch of gpx files to a collection on Explore website and then sync to garmin devices AND to the app on phone

There are two synchs on the Explore App. Open the app, click on "Account" at the bottom right, and then tap the synch symbol by your name. That will synch between the website and the app, and load data from the website to the app.

To synch between the app and the device, click on "Devices" at bottom of app page, and select your device (device must be connected to phone) and then synch.
