Collections not showing

Why do my collections not show in explore website. I have seven courses saved, they are all greyed out and when I try to import a GPX track, it says I have no collections. 

I can import to library, but cannot then get the course to sync to my 66i. 

Any ideas how to fix this please? 

  • I don't quite understand what you're stating, but here are a couple of things:

    Under the "Map" tab, make sure that none of the "eyeballs" associated with the Library and Collections have a line through them. Click on any that do. Make sure that "Map Filters" are turned off.

    Under the "Plans and Devices" tab, click on "Collections", to see if it is setup the way that makes sense for what you are trying to do.
