Importing courses from Garmin Connect

The help online says that courses can be imported from Garmin Connect to Explore, but I don't see how to do that. There's a help page that asserts this:

But it doesn't seem right.

I think you have to download a course to your computer from Connect. Then, you have to import the course from your computer into Explore.
