Explore website tracks don't show up in Explore Android app

Why don't my tracks showing on explore.garmin.com show on my Garmin Explore mobile app?

Shouldn't Explore.com and my Explore mobile app show the same information?

They app and website should show the same info if you have synched them.

I ended up self-serving on this one:

On Explore web, there are

'blue dot' tracks that don't sync,
'blue triangle' tracks that do sync.
