Viewing Purchased Maps on Explore

If you purchase a map, like a LakeVü Ultra map, are you not able to see that map on Garmin Explore (explore.garmin.com)? I would like to plot courses, etc., using the map that has been downloaded onto the GPS. If you cannot do this on Garmin Explore, is there some other Mac app where you can do this?

My only options for maps on Garmin Explore are Topo, TopoActive, Aerial and Road.

And for clarity -- no problem downloading the map onto Garmin Express, and from there to the GPS. It's on the handheld now. The question is just about the website-based Garmin Explore, so I can see offline what I'm seeing on the device.
