Unable to locate a lost device

My watch is lost, I tried the instructions on this link: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=L4L0v3sga0859QzRdmzEI7 (Locating My Lost or Stolen inReach Device). The instructions state that the there is an icon for locating the device (red arrow pointed at it):
 

When I open the map on the Garmin Explore Website I do not see the icon - it looks different:

Any Ideas?
