Unable to export GPX: "The loading of ... in a frame is denied by “X-Frame-Options“ directive set to “DENY“

I am no longer able to export GPX from https://explore.garmin.com/Map. The web app simply alerts "Error exporting data."

Looking further at the problem, I see that the POST request for data returns an HTTP status code 500 Internal Server Error, and Firefox suggests what is causing it:

The loading of “https://explore.garmin.com/Map/GetDeviceListForDownload?fileType=GPX” in a frame is denied by “X-Frame-Options“ directive set to “DENY“.

I tried using the Chromium browser and got the same error. Please take a look.
