Why does Garmin hate us users?

I cannot for the life of me understand why Garmin is trying so hard to make it as complicated as possible?

Why have the same names, when the app and web version do not work the same way?

- iOS version of Garmin Explore: on the "Map Settings" funny enough looks like map layers, you can filer on "Collections". Works really well.

- Web version: I cannot for the life of me understand how to see only one of more of "Collection"

I have tried the "Center the selected user on the map." as well as hitting the + / - to hide / show tracks.

Yes, it will hide or show tracks. ALL OF THEM!

I truly regret buying both a Zumo XT and an InReach mini. I hate myself for it! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I certainly understand what you mean. We have all had our buyers remorse when dealing with Garmin's obtuse software. Hang in there the hardware is top notch and will work for you after some practice.

I totally agree. Garmin developers have never actually USED the crappy software they are expecting us to use. It is not usable by normal people. I need an alternative, the only problem is that they are a monopoly. II don't expect this to ever get better. you cannot even do simple things like delete a collection (everything goes to 'unorganized' and you have to delete it again) WOW. Have you tried to import a GPX with multiple tracks? so nice that all the tracks are the SAME NAME. Very useful./ I am frustrated by exporting each one and importing individually and answering 4 questions for each one. Why can't I imported a group of GPX files? Yadda, Yadda, Yadda.....

They suck at being a tech company. Everything is hard. I have spent over $10,000 with these useless people. I hate every interaction with them.
