I can't login to explore account

Hi, I can't login in to my explore account.

The page keeps returning to the login screen. I've tried clearing history, changing password, allowing cookies, incognito mode, multiple devices and I even tried getting angry!

Not sure if Garmin customer service is around today but I was on hold for an hour before giving up.

Any suggestions appreciated, thanks.

  • FWIW, on my Mac I can not login with Firefox, I have many issues with Safari and I have some issues with Chrome, which is the most supported browser as confirmed to me by the Customer Service.

  • Thanks.  As it turned there was a back end problem with my account, nothing I could fix.  Garmin customer service in Australia were uncontactable at the time, no response to emails, waited on hold for an hour a couple of times, no success.  I woke up really early one day and called customer service in USA, problem fixed in minutes.
