Importing GPX files?

I'm stuck in an endless loop attempting to upload a GPX track and waypoint file to explore web (so I can get them onto my Inreach Explorer+ which apparently cannot be mounted as a USB drive?????)

I select import and select the file and the little progress bar shows the file uploading (1 - see image below). The file appears to upload successfully since explore web recognizes the tracks and waypoints (2). I click import and the pinwheel makes it look like something is happening (3) but after about 5 minutes the screen reverts to "file preview" (2) without any tracks or waypoints being added...

Clicking "import" again just gives the same result

Using other files gives the same result.

The files are valid and correctly formatted. They work fine when uploaded to alltrails or arcgis enterprise.

The files work fine when dropped directly onto my Garmin GPSmap 62stc mounted as a USB drive

Have you tried clearing the history and cache for your web browser? For steps, see: Clear the Browser History, Cache, and Temporary Internet Files

It looks like you're using FireFox -- have you tried in any other browsers such as Google Chrome?

I have tried Chrome as well with no luck. Have cleared cache and browser history as well and also tried using a completely different computer with no luck.

I've found that converting the files to KMZ (KML fails as well) before importing works so I'll go that route.
