Converting tracks to routes

I have been trying to convert several tracks to routes, however, when I click either Make a Copy or Delete the Original, the icon just spins and nothing happens.

Can you please explain the steps you're taking to get to "Make a Copy"? You should be able to convert a track to a route on the Explore Website by selecting the Track from your Library, then clicking the double arrow icon (says "convert to route" when hovering over with the cursor) to convert the track to a route.
