Unable to import a GPX file with waypoints

I tried to import a GPX file with some waypoints (POIs) from hochgehberge.de. With Explore Web, it silently fails without any message. With Explore on Andoid, it tells me that the import failed (no more information). Since I can import the file in other sites (wikiloc, komoot) and programs (QMapShack), I guess the file is technically ok. Is there a place (this one?) to report such problems to Garmin?

Explore can be picky and even the importer on Explore Web is a bit different than Explore App. What I usually do is load the gpx somewhere else and re-save it in GPX format. Just about anything that Garmin Basecamp will write is importable in Explore.
