Export single routes?

When I choose export as GPX, the resultant file contains a whole collection of routes. Am I missing something? How do I export just a single route that I can then import in Strava?

Today we released version 2.10 of the Garmin Explore App which now features the ability to export GPX files from the App, either single items or entire collections all at once. We have a Support Center article coming out soon with details on this feature.
