Garmin and 2fa

Hello, I hope you are all doing great. I would like to ask if you know anything about Garmin developing 2fa solution for their cloud services.

Most of the online services already introduced second-factor authentication, but not Garmin. Since their servers hold a lot of our data, it would be really great.

Can someone from Garmin Support comment maybe?

Hi Jan, Thank you for your question. Two factor authentication is not something we are working on for the immediate future.

Is there an update on this as 2fA is a base level security that given Garmin's recent security experience you would have thought was a high priority.
