imported Tracks without elevation data

Hello,

all tracks if I imported with Garmin Explore don't have the elevation data. In the BaseCamp I have this but after the import in Explore they are lost. Can any help me?

I noticed the same behaviour. Tracks generated on Garmin Zumo XT and imported into Garmin Explore (either via website or via iPhone app) miss the elevation data.
