My Inreach mini 2 won't let me activate a plan on my old account (on the web or on the garmin explore app...WTF they should make taking my money easy.

I have done this for years on the inreach mini 2 and now with these new plans I can not find out how to turn on or request a new month service plan. I just want to turn back on my suspended service or get a new plan for service but I just keep going in loops and nothing works.
