Hi everyone,
I recently changed my phone (from 11PM to 16P) and reinstalled the Garmin Explore app. However, after logging in, all my past activities are missing.
- My activities are still visible in Garmin Connect, but they are not showing up in Garmin Explore.
- The “Sync all” option is enabled in sync settings in Garmin Explore.
- I forced a manual sync multiple times, but nothing appears.
- I am logged into the same Garmin account as before.
- I checked the Garmin Explore website, but my activities are not there either.
- I tried reinstalling the app and logging in again, but it didn’t help.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a way to force Garmin Explore to sync my past activities from the cloud?
