Outdoor Maps Plus not showing up in explore

Just to be sure, did you buy the OM+ subscription on the same Garmin account as you use for your Epix Gen2 and the Explore app?

And did you follow the steps as listed in Getting Started With Outdoor Maps Plus in the Garmin Explore App?

Also a logout and login in the Explore app may help, so you could try that.

thx for your explanations. Yes, I‘ve bought the subscription on the same account for Both, app and watch, yes, I‘ve followed the steps as described.

The solution came unexpected: I use Explore on the iPad and iPhone, and, unfortunately, the OM+ subscription doesn‘t work on both simultaneously. After shutdown of the ipad the map showed up on the iPhone and vice versa, although garmin offers OM+ „works on every device like iPad and iPhone“. 

Nevertheless working with the iPad si crucial as I need a bigger display to check wether a route/track offroad could be ok or not. This is important as I use Garmin often for cross country (offroad crossing of rivers etc.) horse trekking. In one case OM+ has the better map, in the other Topo/Topo Active, as the tracks/roads etc. are NOT identical for the same r

I don't recognise at all what you're saying about using OM+ on iPad and iPhone simultaneously. Just tried it with my OM+ subscription on my iPhone and iPad and it works just fine.

So just to be clear, what exactly are you seeing on your iPhone and iPad and what are you expecting to see? Do you get error messages or other messages showing that OM+ is not available?
