in the new topo maps are much more points of interests. Finally there are toilets (thanks from my wife). But there are no tourists attractions !. No castles, no artwork, no Brandenburg gate, nothing. There is also no public transportation, e.g. no bus stops. There are that much 'points of interest', like bike racks, that you don't see the point of your interest. I wish there would be a filter for real attractions,
I must correct myself, there are tourists attractions in the map, some. In the first picture is a gallery. BUT in the picture should be Schloss Sanssouci. This is our German Versailles. The castle is not visible by icon nor the building (see the other thread about building layers). You can only imagine where it is by the patches surrounding it, The circle below is a path around a large fountain which is marked in open street map as an attraction. In picture three you can see the many points of interest like the fountain, monuments and sculptures. The castle is there, but only as a poor looking icon. PLEASE add the building layer.
If you search for Schloss Sanssouci, you find somewhere else a miniature of it. If you search for Sanssouci only, you find the castle only in a long list of poni (point of NO interest). Then you find it as a palace. How can one know that you have to search for a palace rather than Schloss or castle? Interesting, if you search for Schloss Versailles, you find palace of Versailles.
