On the new Explore app:
When trying to select a new map layer on my iPad, the selection interface is sometimes partially off the screen. It's not possible to scroll horizontally to access the "hidden" layers.
After several restarts, it works correctly for some time before being off screen again.
Please uninstall and reinstall the Garmin Explore app from your iPad. After reinstalling, if the issue still exists, please feel free to message me or contact Product Support directly for assistance.
Fixed with 4.0.4 app update.
With Explore 4.2 released few days ago:
