I am able to login to Garmin Explore on-line from my computer. But using the same login I am not able to log into the Garmin Explore App on my iOS iPhone. I get the message "Sign In Attempt Failed". I tried deleting the app and redownloading but this did not work.
Why does the app not recognize my login information?
