Sync Problems after update to Explore 3.12

since updating the IOS app, my epix is no more syncing. Disconnecting and connecting, logging in and out does not help. Occasionally on the same day i change my e-mail address. But that should not be the reason, as Garmin connect and access to the forum works perfectly.

In the explore app i now see only the primary syncing folder. When reconnecting, i am asked if i want to sync with the cloud, which i confirmed. I suppose the sync with the cloud doesn’t work. 

If connect web fortunately everything is still there.
