SMS-Verification does not work?

Hi, the sms-verification for using the app for messages in my ipad does not work: I receive the verification-sms on my phone with the verification numbers quickly, but the app for verification does not accept them after typing them.

Hello Thomas This is most likely because you can only pair the device with one phone or tablet at a time. If you are trying to pair it to your tablet you will need to forget the connection on your phone and the device and start again on the tablet. I'm not sure what device you have but you can visit our Support Center for bluetooth troubleshooting steps.
