Garmin 965 not supported

hello,

while on this site it states that the fr965 is compatible with explorer app, I can’t connect and on the iOS I got this:

I have the same feelings. Instead of living up to their own promises in the forerunner 965 articles - it feels like destroing evidence and deleting web pages is “the garmin way” of conducting…

Unfortunately that is an error in the article listed. I have submitted a request to have the article updated as the Forerunner 965 is not compatible.

Hello 3799751 Hello it is compatible Devices Compatible With the Garmin Explore App. If you are not seeing it in the list please make sure the explore mobile app is up to date, you may also need to uninstall > restart your phone > reinstall and try again.

Thanks, solved my issue. Restart was obligatory. Just unninstalling and installing again it won't work.

The Forerunner 965 is not actually compatible with the Explore app so we've updated both the Explore app Garmin.com page compatibility list and our Support Center article 'Devices Compatibility With the Garmin Explore App' FAQ (https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=o2VcUgraJX4twZzO1ME7z9) to reflect this.

Guess you must be mistaken. It works correctly. And I really hope garmin doesn't take out this feature from us.

Have always used the app successfully with the Fenix. The Forerunner 965 is displayed and is also paired. The synchronization is displayed in the background and also completed. Unfortunately, my waypoints, etc. are not on the Forerunner even after synchronization. It does not work unfortunately. Saving waypoints also does not work for months on the Forerunner 965. Really too bad. For hiking, these are important functions .

Any news regarding support for FR965 in Explorer App - just bougt a FR965 - and migt return it - since no waypoints can be exportet to 965 from Explorer App

Unfortunately there is not an error in the compatiblitiy of the 965. It is not compatible with the Explore mobile app. Please see my post above.

Hi Garmin-Lesliehit the same issue with FR965 <-> Explore App altough seeing the watch, not syncing waypoint..

can this please being looked at, also bought this new watch to get convience of making routes/waypoints etc this way but now useless. Thank you!
