No syncing

Hello,

i have a Fenix 5x and have both connect and explore. The device has not been syncing activities to explore. I have done the full reset, delete apps, unpair, etc protocol that has been laid out in several other chats.

It worked for one day and now is back to not syncing. While sync is running, I can see that the app recognizes an activity has occurred and appears to be importing but does nothing with it and it appears nowhere in my collections or anything else. Waypoints sync no problem.

Currently on an iPhone 12, iOS 14.2.1, fenix 5x software 21.0.

i would like to be able to use explore to share my routes with my handheld device for retracing bushwhacking paths, so this not loading is becoming troublesome.

Ive noticed that even with “sync current activity” on - explore doesn’t seem to recognize at all that my devices is currently logging something. It had previously shown “currently hiking” or some variation depending on activity.
