Sync failed

Hello,




I would like to connect my Fenix 5X to Garmin explore. I have installed the 11.56b Fw on the watch and the version 1.3 of Garmine Explore on my iPhone 8+ with iOS 12.1.

However, when I connect Explore to my account (the same used with connect), I have systematically an error message indicating Sync failure.

Anyone is having suggestion to help me ?

    Use VPN (VPNMaster or smth. ) on iPhone while sync to server.



    Thank you Pavlinux for the suggestion, but it did not work for me.

    I got this result on iOS app and I never used this url. I tried this morning to connect to the url but I'am not registered and don't have the possibility to register.

    I don't know if it is your case but mine was due having to Garmin accounts with the same e-mail address but different "user name" that we actually don't use any longer...
    Contact support and ask them explaining the problem but tell them about your suspicion.
