It would be wonderful if one could select Summer and/or Winter satellite map (including for offline download) in Garmin Explore app (android). For high mountain navigation this is very useful e.g. for identifying areas with crevasses on glaciers and terrain type (e.g. talus vs slab) which are often not differentiated even on high detail topos, or areas overgrown with alder which are navigable on skis/snowshowes in winter.
