Sync symbol

Anyone:

What does the white rotating sync symbol in the upper LH corner notification area of my Samsung android indicate when it is there full time?

When you swipe down, does the phone show a notification from the Explore app (or another notification)? This may be an Android notification about apps running in the background. Dismissing the Explore Sync…

The sync symbol on my phone. The one in the screenshots is always there unless I reboot my phone, and it may go away under certain other conditions as well. At some point later on it returns and could be an hour or could be days to return. When I open the app a second symbol appears to the right of the first one but just momentarily. I leave my Mini2 on and connected to my phone at all times, unless going to work then the Mini2 stays home. Seems like the separation of the Mini and my phone may trigger the always on sync symbol IDK?

Just Explore but when I swipe down this is the related message and it cannot be cleared (clear is greyed out)
