Why is syncing rom watch Fenix 7 to Explore Android app so slow?

It takes ages, never ends. It is stuck on syncing. I have this issue since updated to v4.

Does anyone know what its the problem and how to fix it?

    I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. For this, I would recommend trying some initial steps. 

    • Ensure the Connect and Explore apps are on the latest version
    • Does the same slowness occur with the Connect app?
      • If so, do you have a large number of apps open and running on the phone? Try force closing these.
      • Have you also tested this with WiFi? 
    • Ensure the phone's OS is up to date
    • Try a hard reset on the watch, and powercycle the phone. For the watch, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again. 
    • If this continues, I would recommend uninstalling the Explore app. Clear the phones cache and history. Then reinstall the app.
