So list does not include Android nor Iphone devices. That means Outdoor Maps+ subscription does not work with Garmin Explore Android nor Garmin connect mobile, right?

Garmin-Chris Android xplore just updated and it advertise now outdoor maps+. Does that mean that now if I purchase outdoor maps+, it will work in both xplore android and my epix pro?
xplore android is not yet mentioned in compatible devices but why advertise if it is not working?
