I join the question. The maps are installed in the internal memory and that space is a very valuable space. I wish I could install it on the microSD card.
I've tried Garmin Express but I don't see the option (I've tried several, I'm a tech person).
Do I have to artificially fill the internal memory to trick you into reinstalling the app so that it offers to install the maps on the external card?
You would think they would take in to account low internal storage on devices with sdcards yet they ignore it.... Poorr programming by garmin devs YET again.
BUT if you go to phone settings and the apps part find explore(on some aunchers holding down on the icon gives quicker access to this) and you hopefully will see an option to do with storage and then an option that will say change(or similar) and it might let you choose move to external.... It works on all my devices from android 5-11 so it should for others too.
