Garmin overlander doesn't sync with explore

My garmin overlander doen't sync with garmin explore. It shows the waypoints, routes and tracks but it doesn't show the collections I've created. The collections are visible in the explore app. Garmin changed the device but it doesn't change anything.  Who can help me ?

    I was running into the same issue and contacted Garmin Support. Do you use Explore on iOS or Android? It seems that they handle the sync result differently.

    At the moment I am investigating the issue. On the Explore Website I see tracks where 18000km are covered in unter a minute. On iOS and Android these tracks are synced faulty.

    Next step is to delete these faulty tracks and see if sync works then. 

  • Hi, thanks for your feedback. I also noticed that the sync didn't work properly due to faulty data.

    I created a new account and transfered al routes, waypoints and tracks into the new account and now it works fine.

    Erased all data from my original account and that one also works good.

    I use android and don't know which the faulty data was. 

    Meanwhile I installed the new app. Garmin tread. Has about the same functions. Hopefully that one works flawless .
