Which watches have a route planner upload facility via a gpx file?

My wife's birthday is coming up and she wants a new watch - she previously had a TomTom Spark 2 which had an upload facility for GPX files, which worked great for trail running new routes.

Which Garmin watches have this facility? This would be used as a secondary watch, so don't want to bust the bank - she really just wants a watch to tell which way to go!

The FR245 (245M adds music) will be the least expensive while still providing the routing function you're after. I came from a TomTom Adventurer which I thought was great, but these Garmins are amazing with all the features that are packed into them.
