Is this the first time logging into Explore App? Have you done it successfully in the past? Are you able to log into the explore.garmin.com website? If you are not, your account may be locked for too many failed attempts or there may be other issues preventing log in. You would need to contact Product Support at that point for assistance.
Got my Laptop out and logged in from there. That seem to sort everything out. Logged in from my phone too. So all good, Thanks!
