No sync with Web

I reinstalled the app today after not using it for a few months but it doesn't sync now with the web. If I open my account on the web page all my previous collections etc are there. I can log in fine on the app but it just keeps saying sync failed and none of my previous collections etc sync. The connection with my watch is fine, new activities are there and the app is syncing courses and waypoints already on my watch fine.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged out and back in but nothing seems to work?

By "sync with web" are you referring to syncing from the Account tab in the Explore App? Have you tried switching from WiFi to a mobile data connection on your smartphone? If you're getting a Sync Failed…

If you're getting a Sync Failed message or if it continues saying Not Synced, please reply to the PM I sent you to confirm so I can have you send in the Explore App logs so we can investigate.

I'm having the same issue. Activities are synced from my Fenix pro solar to Garmin Explore Android but are not synced to Garmin Explore Web anymore. Last successful sync is from mid August. (I believe at the same time period when new Garmin Explore Android app version came.) I've removed Explore and connect applications, done master reset to watch but nothng helps. In Garmin Explore Android account tab, there is red text sync failed.
