Garmin Explore general questions

Over time, will the explore website show a map of all my hikes or is there a limit to what is shown? I've installed this app, and it's not syncing old activities but it is showing newly created ones. I'm using a fenix 5x. Also, is there a way to import my old activities? Thank you.

Well this is great information i like this actually i was in searching for this kinda information and thinking to make a new thread but i have no need to make any new thread after read out this information. Thanks

You can import tracks and routes using Explore web - https://explore.garmin.com/Map

These will then sync and show in the Android App.
