Add diving personal records on profile

As of now there is only the total number of dives and the total dive time shown on your  Garmin dive profile.

It would be very nice to have more stats for the different dive types. For example showing for apnea, apnea hunt and scubadiving separately the maximum depth reached, maximum underwater time similarly to the walking/running/cycling/swimming stats on the Garmin app. Ideally it would be even greater to have these stats for more specific dive types (so for apnea to have max depth and time for FIM, CWTB, CNF ...). Other interesting stats could be shown as well, such as max total depth covered in 1 week, 1 month & 1 year, max total time underwater for the same intervals, total dives for each subcategories ...

The Garmin dive would then be much nicer since you would just be able to see your personal records on your profile and access any of those record dives from there instead of scrolling down infintely to find an old dive.

  • I’m scuba diver and for sure it is something what I see as useless for divers.
Maybe freedivers, APNEA fans will interested but from my point of view it  might cause more harm because some people might just try to beat records what will be dangerous.

  • Big yes for apnea!!! Garmin is the main sponsor of Vertical Blue where it's all about the deepest dive. From this perspective it's weird that it's not included in personal records yet...
When freedivers meet, the first question is always: "Whats your personal best?". So the deepest dive definitely deserves a spot in the personal records.
Regarding this feature, safety should not be a concern as diving as deep as possible is the only objective in competitive freediving. It's part of the sport.
