Option to select language

Hi, I have a different system language which has its own script for the numbers. Unfortunately the translation is not applied to all the fields, which is fine cause Garmin Dive doesn't support the said translation. But now I get a mixed of latin numbers and system language ones. Could we get an option in the settings to override the language, so that I can make it use English everywhere in the app? That would make the numbers and certain text consistent across the app.

Depending on your Android version, you can change the language for each app individually. On iPhones it is possible generally since a longer time, on Android, it may differ from version to version, or from brand to brand, but is it available since certain time too. It is described here:

If your phone does not support this option, check out for an update of the OS of your phone. There are also some 3rd party solutions available for older Android versions. I would not count much with Garmin changing anything here - this type of functionality is best left on the OS. And even if they were willing to make a change, before they do it, you will most likely already have a newer phone supporting the per-app language settings.

I have a pixel 6a with the latest updates which supports this feature, but I think the app developer also needs to enable this from their side. Cause I can set the per app language for multiple other applications but neither Garmin Connect or Garmin Dive.
