I started activity from watch and it saved as moveIQ

Hi all, please I have already read some articles, I started activity (run) on my watch and I fortgot to pair my HRM so I started it on last 3km and what I know from articles is that there is some bug and there is some issue with fit file. Please can someone who has full license for that application repair my fit file? And what is the process please? After repair of this fit file, is enough to import it through Garmin connect?

Activity is not showing as classic activity in Garmin Connect but like "Move IQ" and it was interval training where I forgot start my HRM and I made on last three kms, I am not sure if it is possible but it would help me a lot to recover it as running activity to see mainly the intervals laps.

Ran it through Fit File Repair Tool. Automatically repaired.

Yes. I repaired it, then tested by uploading to Garmin Connect Web - Garmin Connect - Import Data
